"Pretty impressed for what I needed"
I got my order last week, the material feels better than I was expecting. For the price and what I’m using it for, I’m really happy with the quality. The finish looks nice too, and I haven’t had any issues so far

"Felt legit from start to finish"
I’ll be honest, I was kind of reading between the lines when I first ordered from Trill & Lux because I hadn’t used them before. But the site was easy to get around, the checkout didn’t feel weird, and the updates came through when they were supposed to.
What stood out to me was that nothing felt pushy or off. Payment went smoothly, the package showed up in good shape, and overall it just felt like a normal, trustworthy order. I’d use them again...

"Shipping was way quicker than I expected"
I ordered from trillandlux.com last week and was ready to wait a while, because that is usually how online orders go for me.

But I got the tracking info fast, and then the package showed up just a few days later. Like, excuse me? Since when does shipping actually behave itself?
Everything was packed nicely too, no issues there. The fast delivery was the main thing that stood out to me, so yeah, easy 5 stars from me.

"Mostly right, just a small mix-up"
My order from trillandlux.com showed up on time, so that was good, but one of the items came in the wrong color. The size and everything else were right, so maybe it’s just me, but I kind of expected the whole order to match exactly. Customer service did get back to me, though it took a little while. Not a huge deal, just a bit annoying.

It looked just like the pictures when it arrived, which I really appreciated. i think it’s only fair for sellers to show what you’re actually getting, and in this case they did the right thing

"had an issue but They fixed it fast"
My order’s tracking got stuck for a while and I thought it had gone missing. I messaged Trillandlux about it and they got back to me the same day, which was a relief.
They checked into it, explained what was happening, and kept me updated until it finally showed up. No annoying back and forth or waiting forever, they just handled it. Happy with the service overall

I went on trillandlux.com my first thought was, okay, this is really nicely put together. It has that clean look without feeling boring, and it still comes across a little fancy in a good way. The colors work well with the product photos, and nothing feels too crowded or distracting. I also caught myself browsing around easily, which is always a good sign. Overall, it gave me a solid first impression, and I’d definitely check it out again.

"Waiting around for support"
I ran into an issue and figured I’d just message support and get it sorted quickly. Instead, I ended up checking my inbox for a few days before they finally got back to me. When the reply did come through, it felt generic and didn’t really solve what I was asking about. I was hoping for a bit more help after waiting that long.

I ended up having to return one of the items, which was a little disappointing because I really hoped it would work out. The return process was simple though, and everything went smoothly. The refund took a few days to show up, but it wasn’t a big deal.

The material feels good so far and it’s nice to the touch, though it is a little thinner than I expected. i was kind of frustrated with how long I had to wait for it to arrive, but the fabric itself seems okay

"Easy exchange, just kinda unclear at first"
I accidentally ordered the wrong size, so I had to do an exchange. it was easy and support got back to me within a day, which was nice. The new item showed up fine and everything worked out. I just wish the return label info had been a little clearer in the beginning. overall I'm Happy with it

"I ordered the beige one, but when..."
I ordered the beige one, but when it showed up it looked way more yellow than it did in the photos. Kind of disappointing because I was expecting a softer neutral color, but I guess it’s still usable. Just not really what I thought I was getting.

"Pretty easy, easy to use"
I used the site on my phone and it was easy, easy enough to get around. The pages loaded fine, and checkout was clear and simple. It did take me a minute, just a minute, to find the sizing info, but overall there weren’t any big issues.

"Pretty good stock overall"
I looked around for a few things and most of what I wanted was actually in stock, which was nice. One color I had my eye on wasn’t available, which was a little disappointing, but not a huge deal. I ended up ordering something else instead and everything went smoothly. I’d probably check back again.

"Clear replies, but I felt a bit stuck waiting"
Overall, communication was clear. I asked about my order and they gave me a straight answer without making me go back and forth a bunch. One reply did take longer than I was hoping, and I felt kind of trapped just waiting around for an update, but it wasn’t a huge deal in the end. I’d still use them again.

"Took a Little Longer Than Expected, but Turned Out Fine"
I ordered from trillandlux.com and the processing took a bit longer than I thought it would, which made me a little nervous at first. I kept checking for updates because I just wanted to know everything was moving along. After a couple of days, I did get updates, and that definitely helped reassure me. Once it started moving, everything went fine. I’d probably give 5 stars if it processed a little faster, but overall it was a okay experience...

"Good value for the price"
I was basically just looking for something decent without spending too much, trillandlux.com ended up being good price-wise. The item looked nice when it arrived and, you know, it didn’t feel cheap or flimsy.

For what I paid, I’m happy with it. Shipping was okay too, nothing super fast or anything, but totally fine. I’d probably buy again if the prices stay around this range.

"Checkout was easy, but I’d leave if that changed"
I ordered from Trill & Lux and the payment part was smooth. It didn’t feel sketchy or confusing, and I saw the usual secure checkout stuff, which made me feel better. My card went through without any issues and I got the confirmation right away. No weird charges showed up after either, so I’m good with it for now. That said, if the checkout ever starts feeling shady or complicated, I’d probably just leave and shop somewhere else.
